This chia seed pudding recipe is super simple to make, delicious and nutritious! It's one of my go-to breakfast for mornings that I can prep the night before and then sleep in the next morning until the last possible minute before getting to work. This recipe only consists of three simple steps and consists of only three basic ingredients. You can also kick it up a notch by adding fruits and other complimentary spices. For example, I like to add a bit of oats and cinnamon powder (I've included and labelled the optional ingredients that I normally use in the recipe below). Enjoy!
Chia Seed Pudding Recipe
Prep time: 5 minutes plus at least 1 hour of soaking in the fridge.
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Rolled Oats (optional)
2 tsp Cinnamon and/or Cocoa Powder (optional)
1 cup Milk (Soy/Almond works fine too)*
2 tsp Honey
Additional Toppings, such as an extra handful of frozen berries, apple chunks (optional)
*Use ~1/4 cup less milk if you like a firmer pudding. I like mine a bit more runny.
